One "update request" is a batch of related small changes sent together. Larger work (a brand-new page or feature) is quoted separately, and structural rebuilds belong with Website & Digital Experience.

Hosting is infrastructure — uptime, security, patches, SSL, and backups. It does not change what is on your site. Managed Services changes the content: posts, photos, prices, and copy. Most clients pair the two.
A batch of related small changes sent together — for example, “swap these three photos and update our hours,” or “publish this blog post.” Send several changes in one email and it counts as one request.
Allowances reset weekly and do not roll over, which keeps turnaround fast. If you regularly need more, the next plan up is usually better value than rush add-ons.
Small new sections can be added as an add-on. Larger pages or a redesign are handled through Website & Digital Experience so they get the design attention they deserve.
Yes — there is no setup fee and no lock-in. Pause during quiet periods and resume when you need us, with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
